We want you to love every Pawprintz piece. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@pawprintz.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The charity portion of your original order remains donated — it's already helping animals.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Just include exchange details in your return request.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Received something damaged or incorrect? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be refunded.
